ADA One, LLC provides training and ADA consulting services for:

• State or local governments (covered by title II of the ADA and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act)
• Public accommodations, including businesses and non-profits (private entities covered by title III and sometimes section 504 as recipients of federal funds)

  • Learning about DOJ’s proposed 2008 ADA regulations for title II and title III (June 2008) and

    • increasing numbers of people with disabilities,
    • people with more diverse and severe disabilities,
    • people with a wider variety of service/support animals and technological devices, and
